Refund Policy
We value your trust and want to be transparent about when refunds are available and when they are not. This policy covers all Thryvful LLC offerings, including Beta programs, services, digital products, and physical items.
ThryvfulBeta
-
You may request a full refund during the first two weeks of the Beta program by emailing hello@thryvful.com.
-
After the two weeks, no refunds will be issued.
-
This policy ensures fairness for all participants and helps us maintain program integrity.
-
Beta participants will receive access to the final version of the ThryvfulMethod for one year following its official launch. This access is contingent on the program moving forward to a full release. If the program does not launch, no additional access or refunds will be provided.
Services (Coaching, Workshops, Events)
Coaching
Payment:
Coaching sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. This ensures we can focus fully on your needs without interruptions.
Rescheduling:
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a coaching session. If notice is not provided within 48 hours, the session will be considered canceled and no refund will be issued.
Cancellations by Thryvful:
If Thryvful must cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and issue a full refund for the canceled session.
Virtual Workshops & Speaking

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. If payment is not received by that date, the event may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Cancellations by Client:
If the client cancels, no refund will be issued. This reflects the administrative time, preparation, and lost opportunity cost of holding the date.
Cancellations by Thryvful:
If Thryvful cancels a virtual event, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.
Live Events (In-Person Workshops & Speaking Engagements)
Deposits & Payments:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. If payment is not received by that date, the event may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

At least 2 weeks’ notice is required to reschedule. The client is responsible for any non-refundable expenses already incurred by Thryvful (such as airfare, hotel, or other travel costs).

If the client cancels with less than 2 weeks’ notice, no refund will be issued. The client is also responsible for any non-refundable travel expenses incurred by Thryvful. The 50% deposit is always non-refundable.

If Thryvful cancels a live event, we will provide as much notice as possible and issue a full refund of all payments received, including deposits.
Force Majeure
Neither Thryvful LLC nor the client shall be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
In such cases, we will work in good faith to reschedule the service or event. If rescheduling is not possible, payments already made (excluding non-refundable expenses such as travel bookings) will be refunded.
Digital Products (Courses, Downloads, Templates)
Due to the instant nature of digital access, all sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
Physical Products (Printful Orders)
Refunds or replacements are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can process your claim.
Thryvful LLC is not responsible for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
Physical products (such as apparel or merchandise) are fulfilled through our third-party provider, Printful.
